The dispenser is divided into sleeve type and screw type, and functionally divided into spray, foundation, lotion pump, aerosol valve, and vacuum bottle. The size of the spray pump is determined by the diameter that matches the bottle body. The spray specification is 12.5mm-24mm, and the water output is 0.1ml/time-0.2ml/time. It is generally used for the packaging of perfume, gel water and other products. The caliber is the same, and the length of the handover can be determined by the height of the bottle. The specifications of the spray pump range from 16ml to 38ml, and the water output is 0.28ml/time - 3.1ml/time. It is generally used for cream and washing products. Special dispensers such as foam pump heads and hand pump heads. The foam pump head is a non-inflatable hand pump head that does not require inflation to generate foam, and can produce quantitative, high-quality foam with just a light press. The structure of the distributor is very complex, generally including dust cover, percussion head, percussion rod, gasket, piston, spring, valve, cover, pump body, suction pipe, valve ball (steel ball, glass ball). The vacuum bottle is usually cylindrical, with specifications ranging from 15ml to 50ml, each with 100ml, and the overall capacity is small. Relying on the principle of atmospheric pressure, it can avoid pollution in the use of cosmetics. Vacuum bottles include electrolytic aluminum, plastic electroplating and non-ferrous plastics. The price is higher than other ordinary containers, and the ordinary order quantity is not high. Customers rarely open molds by themselves, so they need a lot of molds and the cost is very high.

The working principle of the spray pump head:
Press the handle by hand, the volume of the spring chamber decreases, the pressure rises, the liquid enters the nozzle chamber through the hole of the valve body, and the liquid is sprayed out through the nozzle. At this time, after the handle is released, the volume of the spring chamber increases, forming a negative pressure, the sphere opens under the action of negative pressure, and the liquid in the bottle enters the spring chamber. At this time, there is already a certain amount of liquid in the valve body, press the handle again , the liquid stored in the valve body is flushed upwards
From the above working principle, the key to a good pump head is to pay special attention to the following aspects.
1. Glass beads or steel balls under the spring, the sealing here is very important, which is related to the upward force of the liquid in the spring chamber. If it leaks from here, part of the liquid will leak into the bottle when the handle is pressed, thus affecting the spray effect of the liquid;
2. The sealing ring on the upper end of the valve body. If there is a leak here, the upward force of the liquid to pull away from the handle is reduced, and the amount of liquid stored in the valve body is small, which also affects the spray effect.
3. The engagement between the joystick and the valve body, if the engagement here is loose, there will be leakage, and there will be a certain resistance when the liquid rises to the nozzle, causing the liquid to flow back. If it leaks from here, it will also affect the spray effect.
4. The design of the nozzle and the design of the nozzle are directly related to the effect of the spray. Details on the nozzle design issues are detailed on the next page; therefore, the general pump head function will also detect these four positions, and other appearance and cooperation issues will be detected as usual.
